On the gorge 70 x 50 m high, the most isolated island in front of the town of Rovinj in Istria.

About the lighthouse

The lighthouse Sveti Ivan, unlike other lighthouses in Croatia, is very close to the mainland. Only 30 minutes by boat.

Located on a steep cliff, a stone house with a canopy that offers an unforgettable view of the sea.

Two separate apartments can accommodate 8 people. Each has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom.

You need to buy groceries before departure, as there are no shops on the island. Transfer starts in early morning, so early waking is mandatory.

Considering that the western coast of Istria has shallow sea, the beaches are accessible and full of flat stone slabs, perfect for sunbathing.
